Rapid, convenient, accurate antibody quantification
Whether you are optimising the assessment of your transient expression, accelerating your cell line development programme, or streamlining process development, frequent, accurate and efficient quantification of antibody titre is crucial.
Quickly select stable high-producing clones and optimise process conditions with the agility of highly accurate and convenient antibody quantification using Amperia Redox Electrochemical Detection (RED).
Quickly and accurately quantify antibody titre at your bench or bioreactor
Remove analytical delays when you need a simple antibody titre
Current quantitative methods such as Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) and Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) are often limited to centralised analytical laboratories due to their cost and complexity of operation. This can lead to analytical delays and requirements for sample storage.
Our Amperia RED system offers a robust, cost-effective, automated alternative for efficient, accurate antibody titre measurement.

Optimise workflows and focus on implementing your cell culture decisions
Streamline decision-making and optimise bioprocess workflows with actionable antibody titre results available conveniently to any team member, at any bench or bioreactor site, direct from unpurified samples.
- Deploy anywhere: optic-free and compact, the Amperia can be deployed wherever you need it most
- Simple-to-use: automated workflow consistency with no specialist training required.
- Rapid results: process up to 64 samples in just 1 hour
- Crude compatible: RED highly sensitive and specific direct detection enables antibody quantification from crude cell culture samples across a broad range (0.01 µg/mL up to 200 µg/mL) saving time on purification or serial dilutions.
- Accurate and precise: excellent data correlation with BLI, SPR in a recent independent study.
- Cost-effective: the all-in-one optic-free system, including built-in computing, means no calibration or maintenance required between runs and makes Amperia accessible to all laboratories. Standard 96-well microplate operation reduces specialised consumable costs.
Simplified Antibody quantification using Amperia RED
An automated ‘dip and measure’ approach uses pre-coated Protein A sensors optimised for capture of antibodies. Ideal for antibody quantification or binding assays using an antibody as the capture molecule. The assay takes place directly on the sensor tip, where the bound analyte triggers an electrical signal, which is read instantaneously by the device.
