The last few years have been nothing short of amazing – together, we have achieved remarkable milestones that we can all be incredibly proud of. From winning countless awards to securing investments, building an exceptional product, and showcasing our outstanding performance, we have left an indelible mark on the biotech industry.
During this time, our focus has naturally evolved, while remaining true to our mission. Our driving force has always been to relieve scientists from tedious manual tasks and empower them with the time and freedom to pursue their passion for discovery.
Today marks an important occasion as we unveil our new company name, Abselion. The name "Abselion" is a fusion of Antibody, Sensor, Electronic, and Ion, which perfectly encapsulates the essence of our technology and product. Also, we wanted to experience being at the top of alphabetical lists for once!
In addition to our new company name, we are delighted to introduce the name of our first product – Amperia. It is derived from the unit of electrical current, the ampere. We love the new name! But admittedly, we also got a nudge from a company that has something to do with thermal and fish, who have laid claim to the name Bolt a long time ago. It seems we've been shaking things up even before the rebranding!
While our name may have changed, our core values remain. We are committed to innovation, collaboration, and above all, a passion for advancing scientific discovery.
To every member of the HexagonFab team and our supporters along the way, I extend my deepest gratitude. Your dedication, creativity, and determination have been the driving force behind our success. Together, we have laid the foundation for an extraordinary future, and I am excitedly looking forward to the journey ahead as Abselion.
